Exchange and Return Policy
We only accept exchanges for items that do not meet your purchase requirements, that arrive different from the original order (size or model), or that are defective, as long as they meet the following requirements:
-It is essential that the merchandise has not been used and retains its respective labels, as well as the sanitary lining intact.
-The return must be made within the first 20 days, starting from the day the package is received at the destination address.
Procedure for changes and returns:
1. Notify Aramare of your intention to exchange the product via email, explaining the return or exchange situation. Attach the file that you can download from the Returns and Exchanges tab.

2. Send us the product. Instructions can be found in the Returns and Exchanges section.
3. Securely pack the item in a package that includes the return form you download in the Returns and Exchanges section, indicating the name of the item being returned in the text of the document.
4. Wait for a response from the team. We'll send you an email regarding your return, along with the corresponding return shipping label. As long as we have the size you requested in stock, if not, you'll be offered another item for exchange.
* The only time Aramare will be responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges will be when the merchandise received is defective.
