Exchanges and Returns

It's very easy and fast, you just need to follow these steps:

1. Send us an email to aramaresw@gmail.com with your tracking number, order number, and the part you'd like to exchange.
2. Once we have the product in the warehouse and review it, we will send the requested exchange directly to your home.
3. Remember that we will only accept product exchanges within the first 30 days of online purchase, and if they are unused, with the cardboard label and hygiene protector. Otherwise, we will return the same item.
